However, Cambridge Who's Who does not warrant the veracity, accuracy and/or complexity of this data, and hereby disclaims any and all liability for any shortcomings, errors or inaccuracies included on these pages, whether due to error(s) and/or omission(s) attributable to Cambridge Who's Who and its agents or third parties.

Further, Cambridge Who's Who disclaims any responsibility and any and all liability  for the contents, quality, performance or any other aspect of any information  provided by it, including information found in Cambridge Who's Who's data bases, registries and websites.

Except for the representations and warranties made in this Disclaimer section, Cambridge Who's Who makes no warranties or guaranties of any kind, including but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness of any kind or for any particular purpose. Member subscribers agree that any efforts by Cambridge Who's Who to modify its services, data bases, registries and web sites shall not be deemed a waiver of these limitations, and that any Cambridge Who's Who warranties shall not be deemed to have failed of their essential purpose.

Cambridge Who's Who assumes no legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information, apparatus, product, or process disclosed, nor represents that its use would not infringe privately owned rights.

Reference herein to any specific commercial products, process, or service by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, or otherwise, does not necessarily constitute or imply its endorsement, recommendation, or favoring by Cambridge Who's Who. 

Member subscribers and users acknowledge that: (i) the services and information provided by Cambridge Who's Who, including information culled from Cambridge Who's Who's data bases, registries and websites, are provided on an “AS IS” basis;  (ii)  the services and information provided by Cambridge Who's Who, including information culled from Cambridge Who's Who's data bases, registries and websites, should not be relied on as the sole source of information when purchasing decisions or analytical research conclusions are being made; and (iii) their use of the Cambridge Who's Who information, web site and its contents, data bases and their contents, registries and their contents etc. is at their own risk. Neither Cambridge Who's Who nor any of its affiliates or other parties involved in creating and delivering the Cambridge Who's Who site, or any products or services provided as a part of, or otherwise in connection with, the Cambridge Who's Who site, will be liable for any compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property, or any claims of third parties arising from use of  the services and information provided by Cambridge Who's Who, including information culled from Cambridge Who's Who's data bases, registries and websites, regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, and even if advised of the possibility of such damages, including without limitation any damages arising out of reliance by the user on information obtained from Cambridge Who's Who; or for damages which result from any mistake, omission, virus, delay in operation, interruption of service, or failure of performance, whether or not resulting from an act of God, communications failure, theft, or unauthorized access to the Cambridge Who's Who records. 

In no event will Cambridge Who's Who's liability hereunder, if any, exceed the membership sign up costs and the sole remedies available under the agreement are a refund of the membership sign up fees.
