- Are you affiliated with any other who’s who
organizations?
No, we are not affiliated with any other who’s who organizations, but Cambridge
Who's Who is the merged entity of three who’s who companies. For more

- How does Cambridge Who's Who set itself apart from other who's
who organizations?
Unlike other who's who organizations with a focus on publishing an annual registry of
biographical profiles, Cambridge Who's Who also offers members the ability to
network with each other through its innovative and interactive networking tools, and
the online registry. In addition, Cambridge Who's Who has the resources to help
our members increase their visibility online and effectively market their products and
services.

- Who reads and receives the
registry?
The Cambridge Who's Who hardcover registry is distributed exclusively to our
members.

No. We are a United States based company.

- Why aren’t phone numbers listed in biographical
profiles?
Phone numbers are only published upon request. This is done to protect our
members from unsolicited phone calls. We do, however, encourage members to
actively share their contact information privately, so that they can communicate and
network with each other.

- I couldn't log in using my username and
password. What should I do?
You must have cookies enabled on your Internet browser to log in to the website.
Also, after entering your username and password for the first time, you will be
required to accept the Terms of Use. To ensure that you have reviewed the entire
document, you are required to scroll to the end of the Website Terms in the
agreement box before you enter your username and click the “I Agree” button.
Should you experience technical difficulty in agreeing to the terms, please complete
our online inquiry form and
select “Website/Technical Support” as the subject of your email.

- In what ways is the Cambridge Who's Who Registry
used?
The Cambridge Who's Who Registry is published in two formats; the hardcover
registry and online. Members can use any of these resources to search for and
network with members. The hardcover registry is a tribute to our members’
accomplishments and is displayed in their home or office, so that friends and
colleagues may browse through it and read about their endeavors. The website
offers additional networking benefits and is an ideal resource for relationship building,

- What can Cambridge Who's Who offer me?
Cambridge Who's Who offers you recognition for and exposure of your
accomplishments, credibility in your field and networking opportunities to stimulate

- Will Cambridge Who's Who protect my personal
information?
Keeping members’ confidential information secure is one of Cambridge Who's Who
top priorities. We do not share our members’ confidential information with any third
parties. In addition we do not publish phone numbers or home addresses in
biographical profiles unless otherwise requested by the member.

- Which information is visible to members and
non-members?
Non-members are able to view truncated profiles of EPE, VIP and Featured
Members only. Once logged in to the site, members are able to view full profiles of
all members, which include any contact information approved for publishing.

- Who can view my Cambridge Who's Who online profile? How much
information will they see?
Any Cambridge Who's Who member may view your profile. They will be able to
view all biographical information and the contact information you have approved for
publishing. Note that we will never publish your phone numbers or home address
unless you request otherwise.

- What is the Cambridge Who's Who code of conduct?
Cambridge Who's Who expects all members to network with each other in a
professional and courteous manner. This includes using proper language in your
online profile and Marketplace, Event and CamBiz™ postings. We also expect
that our members will protect the confidentiality of each others’ biographical and
contact information. Members that do not conduct themselves in a professional
manner may be deactivated without notice or reimbursement. To ensure that
members adhere to the code of conduct, we also monitor profiles and postings for
inappropriate language and use.

- How can I report profiles containing false information?
Please e-mail a copy of the profile to customerservice@cambridgewhoswho.com, so we may look into the matter further. Please point out the
part(s) of the profile that you feel contain false information.

- If I join, will I receive spam?
No. You may receive emails from Cambridge Who's Who about membership
products and services, but each email will include an unsubscribe link. If you include
your email address in your profile, you may also be contacted by other Cambridge
Who's Who members. If you feel as though you are being spammed by another
member, please forward a copy of the email correspondence to customerservice@cambri
dgewhoswho.com.

- I am unable to agree to the Terms of Use. What is
wrong?
To ensure that you have reviewed the entire document, you are required to scroll to

- What type of press release services do you offer?
For members who would like their accomplishments released to the media, we offer
a customized press release
service. Members can submit their personalized press release to various media
outlets to gain exposure and credibility or they can participate in the Multi-Media Promotions
Program and Cambridge Who's Who will distribute the press release on their
behalf.

- What is a Cambridge Who's Who biographical profile?
A Cambridge Who's Who biographical profile highlights a member’s professional
and personal accomplishments and areas of expertise. It also includes information
about the member’s place of business, educational background, affiliations and
outside interests and lists various contact information that the member has approved
for publishing. Member photos and company logos may also be uploaded to
accompany the biographical profile.

- Can I add a photo or company logo to my profile?
You may add a photo or company logo to your profile. This picture will appear
alongside your biographical information for members to see when they visit your
profile. Please make sure that your logo is in jpeg format. We currently upload only
jpeg images as member photos and logos. If you are still having trouble uploading
your image, please email it to images@cambridgewhoswho.com
. Emailed images may take up to two business days to be uploaded. You will be
notified via email once your images have been uploaded to the site.

- What are multi-media packages?
Multi-media packages are an extension of our press release service. The Cambridge
Who's Who public relations department helps to improve your media presence by
distributing a customized press release about you to various media outlets. For more

- My employee was accepted into Cambridge Who's Who. Can I
purchase him/her a wall plaque, desk tribute, etc.?
Yes! Please send your request to premierservices@cambrid
gewhoswho.com with your first and last name, your contact information and the
first and last name of the member you wish to purchase an item for. Once your
request is received, a Cambridge Who's Who premier member services
representative will contact you.

- I received my wall plaque but it was damaged. What do I
do?
Please send an email to customerservice@cambri
dgewhoswho.com with your first and last name, the name you would like to
appear on the plaque, the address to which it was shipped and a phone number, so
that our customer service representative can resolve the issue for you.
